This dish is a staple in my house. It’s fast, easy and delicious!
An amazing Asian dish filled with pasta and veggies in a delicious sauce. Don't forget it's oil free!!!
In small bowl add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, ginger and sriracha and mix well. Set aside.
Saute garlic on medium heat for about one minute. (use 1 tbsp of water to keep from sticking if necessary)
Add peppers and sauté for 3 more minutes.
Add broccoli and sauce for another minute.
Add sauce and cooked noodles.
Saute until noodles are evenly coated in sauce.
Serve hot with chopped peanuts on top.
