Instructions
  1. cook rice according to directions (using the broth or water)
  2. saute onions and mushrooms until onions are translucent
  3. add garlic and saute for 3 more minutes. set aside until rice is finished.
  4. once rice is finished add sautéed veggies and turmeric. mix until completely combined.
  5. add salt and pepper to taste
  6. enjoy!
