Instructions
- cook rice according to directions (using the broth or water)
- saute onions and mushrooms until onions are translucent
- add garlic and saute for 3 more minutes. set aside until rice is finished.
- once rice is finished add sautéed veggies and turmeric. mix until completely combined.
- add salt and pepper to taste
- enjoy!
